We love this coffee and prefer it in Chemex. Its delicacy and fruity notes in the aftertaste make it very pleasant. Try letting it cool a bit, its delicate acidity will be even more pronounced. We have identified some tropical fruits, but we'll let you discover which ones for yourself. Write to us and let us know what you find.
