Quimbaya Cafe is a family adventure that began over a 100 years ago. The story began in the mountains of southern Colombia, in a small "finca" that grows 100% Arabica coffee on the Colombian highlands. One day, Maria Teresa (Maite) Amrein-Díaz, daughter of a Swiss father and a Colombian mother, decided to create Quimbaya Cafe to produce high-quality coffee with total control of the value chain. The coffee is produced in Colombia, transported to Switzerland for roasting, and sold by the same family. CoffeeAvenue is pleased to offer you these specialty coffees.
