Ojo, name carefully chosen by founders Debora and Cristian which means "eye" in Spanish, is a play on words for their guiding philosophy as they source their coffee, focusing on rarity, sustainability and quality. Lovers of African coffee, especially Ethiopian, they set out to bring its special flavours to Latin America.
