FAQ - My account
Have you forgotten your password and no longer have access to your customer account? If so, please do the following:
- Click on "my account" and then "Forgotten password?" located under the "Password" field. 2.
- Then enter the email address that you registered in your customer account and click "Reset."
You will receive a new password via email. This step may take a few minutes.
Tip: After, if you wish, you can create a new password by going to "my account".
In your customer account, under "Order History and Details", you'll find a summary of your orders.
Here you can also see the status of an order at a glance.
If you want more detailed information about one of your orders, click on the order in question to get more detail.
You can view the order confirmation too and, after payment is validated, the invoice in a PDF format.
Your receipts are emailed to you when the order is confirmed.
You can also find them at any time under the "Order History and Details" section of your account page.
On your user account page, click on "Information" and "Addresses" to edit, change or complete your data. Here are the options:
To change your last name, first name, email address and/or password in your personal account information.
To change your previously registered addresses. These are the addresses you use during the ordering process for the delivery and/or billing address.
