How do I place an order on CoffeeAvenue?

Once you've found a product you like, you can place it directly in the shopping cart. Simply click on "Add to Basket."

Once the item(s) you wish to purchase are in your shopping cart, click on "Proceed with Payment." After checking your order, click on "Payment." At this stage, if your personal account has already been created, enter your details to log in, or you must create a customer account with your email address and then fill-in the requested information. Verify your delivery and billing addresses or add a new address by clicking on "Edit." Select your delivery method then click on "Continue". Next, select your payment method and then validate your choice by clicking on "Buy".

Once your order is made you will receive a confirmation email. Beware, this e-mail can sometimes end up into your junk/spam mail!

Tip: You'll find all kinds of information and data in the product description and features that will help you get to know your new purchase better before you even try it for yourself.

How do I use my coupon, or a credit?

To use your coupon, or a credit, simply enter its code in the box marked "Promo Code" located at the top right of your shopping cart, or in the, "Do you have a promo code?" prompt on the top of the payment page.

How do I know if my order has been accepted?

After the final step of validating your order on our website, you will immediately receive a summary of your order by email.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can choose between a multitude of payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • PostFinance E-Finance
  • PostFinance Card
  • Paypal
  • Twint
  • Prepayment (bank transfer)

Orders are immediately shipped once payment has been received. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, you have 30 days from the date of the order to complete the payment.

How do I know if my payment information is secure?

We use Datatrans to manage payments (and they do it extremely well!). As a result, we do not store your information in our databases, it is done by Datatrans.

Delivery method

Our parcels are distributed through the Post Office. Orders placed before 12pm are usually delivered to you in 24 hours. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are delivered on Tuesday.

I made multiple orders on the same day, can I group them together and be reimbursed for postage?

Yes. You just need to send us a quick message, and we will do what is necessary to reimburse you for the multiple shipping costs paid.
