Horace is an artisanal specialty-coffee roaster nestled in the centre of Geneva. Not only is the quality of the coffee that comes out of this place great, but the space is also cool. It's not just a roasting laboratory, you can go there to enjoy a coffee or eat good things too. And if you’re timing is right, you may run into Guillaume in middle of roasting while you're sipping on a delicious espresso :).
