Delivery and returns

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours of your purchase (excluding weekends and holidays)

Your parcel is packed and shipped the same day if placed before 13h (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of high activity, it may take up to 72 hours to prepare your order.

To remain informed of your parcel delivery status, you will be notified by email as soon as your parcel has been sent, followed by the order tracking number.

Free delivery in Switzerland from 100.-CHF, excluding express delivery

Home delivery via PostPac Priority or DHL, without signature, in 24/48H: 9.-CHF, free for purchases from 100.-CHF.

30-day return policy

Have you received an item that doesn't suit you? Don't worry, you have 30 days from the date you received your package to return the products in question to us (see return policy in our standard conditions of sale).

Return procedure

CoffeeAvenue gives you the option of returning your products within 30 days of receiving your order.
