In 2015 four friends invested in a new little trinket, a roasting machine the size of a microwave... 12 minutes later, they had beans with an excellent note of burnt coffee! The adventure was a quick one, except for Olivier who persisted in learning how to roast in order to finally arrive at the desired result. In 2017, following the encouragement of his family and friends, he started selling his specialty coffee in under the Café Oli name. Today, he roasts using an old roasting machine from the 50s which he has renovated.
