Sidamo roasted for filter coffee is characterised by its lightness that is complemented by a refreshingly fruity note. Sidamo remains faithful to the taste of the region, that brings citrus fruits to mind, and creates a slightly “earthy” and familiar sensation on the palate.
In the Sidamo region of Ethiopia, many small farmers have been producing excellent coffee for decades. Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee so its coffee culture is naturally deep-rooted in the population.
