Tasting notes for the Passione blend

The aroma, very aromatic, reminiscent of red fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant, tangy cherry), with additional touches of hazelnut, toasted almonds, violet, and a hint of vanilla.

On the palate, it is well-balanced with a good amplitude. The structure is pleasant. In mid-palate, fruity and cherry notes blossom and unite with a harmonious woodiness.

Lots of richness and presence in a long and generous finish.

The manufacturing process

Harvested: by hand, at least 2 to 3 times a year.

Washing: traditional washing and fermentation.

Drying method: 100% sun-dried Preparation: entirely by hand
