Tasting notes for the Antico blend

The nose presents aromas of mango and citrus and develops notes of gunflint and English sweets.

Aromas of fresh fruit, reminiscent of white peach, make the ensemble more lively.

The first sip is ample and balanced. On the palate, aromas of ripe fruit mingle with delicate salty nuances.

The finish is smooth and long.

The manufacturing process

Harvested: by hand, at least 2-3 times a year.

Drying method: 100% sun-dried

Preparation: entirely by hand

Antico is Cocuma's oldest coffee recipe.

It is a simple, full-bodied and creamy coffee with a low caffeine content.

Composed only of natural coffees, moist and earthy aromas emanate from this Brazilian Arabica coffee dried by the Abroholos winds.

Colombian Arabica sweetens the cup by adding chocolate, ripe and dried fruit, and a rich note of toasted bread crust.
